Fava Design Group Featured in Ocean Home Magazine
The "Set in Stone" feature showcases a stunning 3,250-square-foot oceanfront residence at Auberge Beach Residences in Fort Lauderdale, designed by Joseph Fava of Fava Design Group. The home is defined by its striking use of natural stone, with standout materials like blue agate, Azul Macaubas quartzite, and elegant marble creating a one-of-a-kind luxury interior. Working closely with a client who wanted a truly unique primary bathroom, Fava embraced the challenge by blending multiple stone varieties into a seamless blue-inspired design.
The result is a spa-like retreat featuring a dramatic blue agate walkway, oversized marble floors and shower walls, book-matched Brazilian quartzite surrounding a freestanding soaking tub, custom periwinkle cabinetry, integrated lighting and smart technology, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Every element was thoughtfully selected to balance bold visual impact with a sense of comfort and tranquility.
Beyond its beautiful design, the project reflects what sets Fava Design Group apart. The article highlights the firm's collaborative approach, willingness to take on complex design challenges, and ability to create highly personalized interiors. By stepping outside his comfort zone and experimenting with new material combinations, Joseph Fava delivered a space that not only exceeded his client's vision but also expanded his own creative perspective.
